多排卷筒：卷盘上卷绕电缆一端多一端少。 （电缆排列不均） Multi-row web: The reeled cable at the reel’s 2 ends are different in quality. (The cable is not unif- ormly arranged)	1. 电缆卷盘回转轴线不水平。 The rotary axis of the cable reel is not level. 2. 电缆锚固点不在电缆卷盘水平方向的中心。 The anchoring point of the cable is not at the center of the leveled cable reel.	1. 调整卷盘底座使卷盘回转轴线水平且与大车运行轨迹垂直。 To adjust the seat of the reel to make the axis of the revolution to be level and perpendicular to the running orbit of the carrier. 2. 移动电缆锚固点使其在电缆卷盘水平方向中心。 To move the cable anchoring point to the center of the leveled cable reel.
电缆在主机断电后自行松脱 The cable looses by itself after a power failure	1.（150型以下）安装高度超过1m。 (Beneath type 150) The installation height is over 1m. 2. (300型以上) 制动器无制动效果。 (Over type 300) The brake does not work.	1. 重新确定电缆卷筒位置，使安装高度在1m以内（150型以下）。 To define again the position of the cable web and have the installation height to be under 1 m (for beneath type 150). 2. 调整带制动器电动机的尾部电动机罩侧孔内六角螺栓，使电缆不能自行松脱。 To adjust the hexagonal bolt in the side hole of the motor cover at the tail of the motor with brake so as to have the cable to be unable to loose by it self.
电缆在放缆时是电动机在放缆，放缆太快 While the cable is reeling out, it is the motor that reels out the cable. The cable reels out too fast.	长期堵转力矩式电动机接在大车控制开关上，未接在总电源开关上。 The long-term locked-rotor torque motor is connected with the control switch of the carrier, but not with the switch of the main power supply.	把卷筒电动机接线改在总电源开关。 To have the connection of the motor of the cable web to be connected with the switch of the main power supply.
卷盘收缆无力 Tthe reel reels in power- lessly	1.电缆卷筒安装高度超高。 The installation height of the cable web is too high. 2.选用的电缆与定货时电缆参数不同。 The parameters of the that in the order. 3.有制动器的卷筒，制动器未完全打开。 The brake of the web is not open completely. 4.电动机故障。 The motor has some trouble.	1. 重新确定电缆卷筒位置。 To define again the position of the cable web. 2. 检查电缆参数是否与定货时写明的相同。 To check the parameters of the cable to see whether they are similar to that in the order. 3. 调整制动器的调节内六角螺栓，使制动器位置正确。 To adjust the interior hexagonal bolt of the brake in order to have the brake to be at the correct position. 4. 修理和更换电动机。 To repair or replace the motor.
电缆放缆对电缆拉力太大 While reeling-out, the cable bears too much pulling force	1.有制动器的电缆卷筒，制动器有故障。 The brake of the cable web has some trouble. 2.电动机轴承损坏。 The bearing of the motor is damaged.	1. 检修制动器。 To repair the brake. 2. 更换轴承，并注好润滑油。 To replace the bearing to it proper lubricant grease.

五、 维护和修理
V． Maintenance and repair
5.1 每半年应检查一次整机所有螺栓有无松动。
Every a half year, check the whole machine once to see if any of the bolts become loose.
5.2 减速机齿轮面每月涂润滑脂一至二次，开式齿轮每星期涂一次（齿轮箱内不能注机油）。
Every month, lubricate every tooth surface of the reducer gear two times, for open gear, lubricate it once a week (no mechanical oil is allowed to be injected to the inside of the gear box).
5.3 对燃烧变色的电刷要进行更换，打火烧伤的集电环表面应进行磨光处理。更换电刷块时应采用同一种型号刷块，不同型号的电刷块不准在同一组使用。
The electric brushes that have got a color change because of fire should be replaced. The surface of the collector ring that have got burnt because of sparks should take a grinding treatment. The block brush should be replaced with the block brush of the same model No.. Different models of block brush are not allowed to use at the same group.
5.4 高压输电集电箱内电器绝缘件应保持清洁，每月应检查一次。
The electrical insulation elements of the high voltage transmission collector box should be kept clean, a check should be made once per month.
5.5 长期堵转力矩电动机轴承每年应进行一次清洗并重新填充润滑脂。应采用滴点温度在270℃以上，使用温度大于180℃的耐高温润滑脂。推荐采用7017牌号润滑脂（-60°~ 250℃）。
The bearing of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor should get a cleaning once a year and lubricant grease should be filled in. The adopted lubricating grease should be resistant to high temperature with a drop point temperature over 270℃ and an application temperature over 180℃. It is recommended to adopt lubricating grease 7017 （-60°~ 250℃）.
5.6 长期堵转力矩电动机拆卸方法同于普通三相异步电动机，其内部接线见图6。
The disassembling method of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor is the same as the general 3-phase asynchronous motor. For the internal wiring, see Fig. 6.
